Clean and new appearing. Very close to convention center. Restaurant Forge and Vino (think that is the name) was convenient and very good having had two dinners there in two days

Very convenient location. A few blocks from the arena. The front desk staff were pleasant, and we were happy to have a small fridge in the room. The bathroom was larger than expected. Linens were clean. There's an on-site restaurant that stays open late and a tiny convenience store for drinks & snacks. The Chestnut Street public parking garage was relatively close, with a short walk around the block.

The hotel was clean,, room clean, and big. The Vine and Forge was great. Open till 1 am so we could go there after concert. It was packed all day. Jazz our waitress all day was very pleasant and did a good job. Girl deserves a raise. It was a great hotel, food delicious, and most staff was great. I will come again when I go to Arena. Literally 2 blocks to arena.

The hotel has a connection walkway to the Columbus Convention Center which was perfect for my stay (I went to attend a con). My room was Queen size and very spacious and my bed was very comfortable. The restaurant also had good food and I was glad they had a little marketplace for snacks and drinks.

The room was standard, but comfortable. The lobby, restaurant, and staff were excellent. Very friendly and knowledgable.

The hotel was clean and it connected to the convention center which was very convenient because I was in town for a conference. I enjoyed the food at the Vine + Forge. It was delicious!

I loved my stay here it was absolutely amazing all the staff was so friendly. I didn't need room service, just clean towels, and when asked, they were brought right away to my room Will definitely stay at another sonesta.

The price was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast. The location is perfect for the arena or convention center. Has a Skywalk to the center as well. The parking garage WAS THE CHEAPEST I HAVE EVER HAD💙 Honestly I will more than likely make this my regular hotel when attending things downtown.
